II. Non-attendees: please send a check in an even-dollar amount payable to "Anthony Procaccini" by mail ASAP to:

General Conditions:
The pre-numbered tickets cost $1.00/ticket. When your check arrives, you will be contacted and advised of your ticket numbers, which will be pre-entered. Two committee members other than Tony Procaccini will verify all information. A list of non-attendees and their ticket numbers will be held by us and be in evidence at the event, in case you win.
Your canceled check serves as proof of your payment.
If you send a check and are NOT contacted, call Tony Procaccini at 718.873.7421 by Sept. 13 at 4:00 PM.
